Dr. Milton Almeida, MA, DSocSci, CACE, ACC

For the past 20 years, Milton has helped individuals and organizations come to grips with a transforming world. His expertise lies in taking dysfunctional, non-performing groups of people and turning them into creative, productive, and effective teams. In his work with managers and leaders, Milton helps clients achieve their goals by offering a unique combination of knowledge, insight, and focus. Milton’s extensive leadership and management experience spans many years. He has led many highly effective teams ranging from 10 to 250 people. In his years of international hotel experience, his career took him all across Canada and into Europe. He held senior positions with Hilton International and Sheraton as well as independent hotels. Milton is a recipient of the Gold Key Award from the Alberta Hotel Association and is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation. His academic interests include leader and leadership development, sustainability, customer service management, and strategic planning. Milton has spoken to many groups and has a vibrant, adventurous, and interactive presentation style.

Carol Sachowski

Carol Sachowski, CHRL, CEC, CTC

Carol Sachowski is a seasoned and sought out Leader-Manager, Manager- Supervisor, Team, Career Management and Healthy Workplace Relationships Coach, HR Consultant/Mentor and Facilitator with 25+ years of experience.

Carol opened storycoaching™ inc. in 2003 after a career in human resources management in two provinces and has worked with over 500 clients, within public and private sectors across Canada and beyond. She has co-developed and delivered management/leadership, coaching, career strategy and women’s mentoring programs for national and provincial organizations and has worked in community with other seasoned coaches, consultants and facilitators since 2004.

She holds her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation with the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPA) and maintains membership with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources BC & YK (CPHR BC & YK). She volunteers as a Mentor with both Associations as well as with DiverseCity in Toronto. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and past founder of the Vancouver Island ICF Chapter.
